SlimiCoin Simulator & P2P Trading Terms

These terms apply to SlimiCoin (SC) and player-to-player (P2P) trading within Slimi CS2 Server. By using SC features or P2P, you agree to this document in addition to our general Terms of Service.

1. What SlimiCoin is

SlimiCoin (SC) is a virtual in-game unit used in our CS2 community economy. It is displayed with crypto-style charts and terminology for gameplay purposes only.

• SC is not a cryptocurrency, blockchain token, or financial instrument.
• SC is not an investment, security, or MiCA-regulated crypto-asset.
• SC has no guaranteed monetary value outside the platform.

2. Value and risk

SC prices in Slimkes (in-game currency) may change due to trades, automated adjustments, admin decisions, or service shutdown. There is no guarantee of profit, refund, or liquidity. The price may fall to a practical zero depending on bank balance, supply, cooldowns, and other rules.

3. Internal market (Slimkes)

You may buy or sell SC for Slimkes on the internal market. Slimkes are virtual points with no cash value. Displayed “market value” or charts are in-game indicators only, not financial advice or investment recommendations.

4. P2P trading (real money)

P2P lets one player list SC for sale and another pay via PayPal (EUR) or stablecoins through a third-party payment provider (e.g. NOWPayments). Important:

• The payment is a direct transaction between buyer and seller.
• Slimi CS2 Server does not hold buyer funds in escrow; we only automate transfer of SC after confirmed payment.
• We are not a payment institution, exchange, or investment service.
• Listed price and SC amount are fixed at checkout as shown on the listing.

5. Disputes, chargebacks, and fraud

If payment fails, is reversed (chargeback), or you suspect fraud:

1. Contact the other party respectfully if you have their in-game identity.
2. Open a ticket with server administration with order ID, listing ID, and proof of payment.
3. We may review logs and suspend accounts for abuse; we do not guarantee recovery of funds.
4. Chargeback abuse may result in permanent ban from SC and P2P.

PayPal and crypto disputes are primarily between you and the payment provider and the counterparty.

6. RĖMUX and server support

Supporters may receive RĒMUX as a digital thank-you for supporting server hosting. Converting RĖMUX to SC or other resources is an in-platform conversion of digital benefits, not purchase of currency for investment purposes. Tax treatment of donations and rewards is your responsibility.

7. Age requirement

P2P buying and selling is allowed only for users who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding transactions in their jurisdiction.

8. Prohibited conduct

• Fraud, scams, misleading SC pricing or descriptions
• Chargeback abuse or false payment claims
• Off-platform deals to circumvent fees or rules
• Exploiting bugs; report issues to administration

9. Platform rights

We may suspend or terminate P2P, cancel suspicious orders, change SC economics, or shut down the service with reasonable notice when possible. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Taxes

Income from selling SC via P2P may be taxable in your country. We are not tax advisors. You are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes.

11. Digital content and withdrawal (consumer information)

P2P purchases deliver SC digitally and immediately after payment confirmation. Once SC is credited, statutory withdrawal rights for instantly delivered digital content may not apply where permitted by law. Before paying, verify listing amount, price, payment method, and seller reputation.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes with the platform shall be submitted to the courts of the Republic of Lithuania unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
